If an event is rescheduled for a future date, original tickets will remain valid, or you will be offered a refund if you are no longer able to attend.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

All events are 14+ unless otherwise stated. Anyone aged between 14-18 needs to be accompanied by a paying adult.

I.D Proof of age – We accept full and provisional Driving Licences, Passports and cards that bear the “PASS’ hologram that is also approved by SIA as proof of age.

COMEDY – HOUSE RULES

We want everyone to enjoy a brilliant night of comedy. We all get annoyed by people interrupting a film at the cinema. Comedy is the same, it is only funny if the Comedians can perform their jokes with ‘comic timing’. We have a few house rules to make sure that everybody attending has a great night.

We have a strict policy of no heckling/talking whilst the acts are on stage. This is disruptive to audience members surrounding you and distracts our comedians on stage. Remember, people have paid to listen to the acts, not you. Anybody repeatedly talking / heckling / shouting will be given one warning. If the behaviour continues they will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

MOBILE PHONES

Please ensure all mobile phones are either switched off or on silent.

SECURITY CHECKS

The management reserves the right to carry out bag / property checks when necessary. Anyone who declines a search will not be admitted.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

On occasion either the venue or a permitted third party may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venues. By purchasing tickets, you consent to you and your party being included in and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.

REFRESHMENTS

Under no circumstances can you bring your own alcohol to the venue. Anybody caught with their own alcohol will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

DRUNK & DISRUPTIVE CUSTOMERS

Anybody deemed too intoxicated may be refused entry without refund at our discretion.

STAG/HEN PARTIES & LARGE GROUPS

If you are organising a hen or stag do or larger group please bear in mind that there will be other audience members there too so all of the above rules need to be adhered to.
