DANA ALEXANDER

Dana draws her material from raw life eperience with an original and hilarious outlook. She began her comedy career at the age of 18 in Canada. Before long she began touring nationally with Yuk Yuk's Comedy Clubs, completed five TV galas and several radio spots for major stations.

In 2011 she moved to the UK, where she premiered her solo hour at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where she was nominated for Best Comic and Best International Act from Chortle and Black Comedy Awards. She went on to feature on TV programmes such as "Russell Howard's Good News", "Edinburgh Comedy Fest" and "The Culture Show".

She has performed in more than 40 countries, inclusing Dubai, Switzerland, Croatia, France, The Netherlands, Hungary, Malta and South Africa.

"Like a gift form the comedy gods" - THE HERALD

"Gloriously dark and painfully funny" - THE SCOTSMAN

"An absolute powerhoue performance" - THE SKINNY

ALLYSON JUNE SMITH

Hilariously observational and not afraid to over-share, Allyson June Smith is a funny firecracker of confessional wit, bite and shame.

Hailing from Canada, Allyson brings a certain North American bluntness to her deeply personal brand of stand up – expect to hear about lost dates and lost days, the birds, the bees, the blues, and all manner of modern life issues facing this decidedly bold female stand-up comic.

Ditching a career as a classroom teacher, Smith has been on the scene since 2000, earning notable celebrity in her home country with multiple nominations for Best Female Stand-up at the Canadian Comedy Awards. Back home, Allyson also taped her own hour-long Comedy Now special, and scored multiple headline slots at the Winnipeg, Halifax and Montreal’s Just For Laughs festivals. She is a regular warm-up for compatriot comic Stewart Francis, who called her “yet another hilarious Canadian with great hair.”

“Simply one of the funniest comedians I’ve ever worked with. Can play any crowd and always has them laughing their heads off. She’s gonna be a huge star" – JASON MANFORD

She began performing stand-up in 2014. She was named as "One To Watch" by Time Out and won the BBC New Comedy Award in 2015.

In 2016, She appeared on series 2 of Russell Howard's Stand Up Central, BBC Three's Pls Like in 2017, and CBBC's The Dog Ate My Homework in 2018.
